Executive Director Session
Are you an Executive Director of a small to mid-size organization looking to connect with other EDs? Join our “behind closed doors” style discussion group. Each session lasts 60 minutes and is lightly moderated. The goal is to cover at least two leadership topics each week with designated time to share your good, bad, and ugly. Discussion topics are driven and suggested by participants. Groups will be small to allow for real connection, resource sharing, or simply for time with others who get the challenges of the ED life.
Have an idea for a potential topic, please share it. Sessions provide the opportunity to network, learn from, and celebrate with your peers.
Here is a sample agenda:
· Moderator welcome
· Group Intros-share your name, your org. mission, size, and location
· Round Robin sharing of the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
· Looking for resources-ask the group
· Discussion topic #1 Leading in the (almost) Post Covid world
· Discussion topic #2 TBD
Moderator closing
The intent of these sessions is to connect nonprofit Executive Directors through resource sharing with the goal of creating a peer network and strengthen leadership abilities.
